PioCreat, a global innovator in 3D printing technology, participated in the International Dental Show (IDS) Cologne 2025, held from March 25 to 29 at the Cologne International Exhibition Center, Germany. As one of the leading events in the dental industry, IDS 2025 provided an ideal platform for PioCreat to present its latest advancements in dental 3D printing under its PioNext brand.

At Booth G038 H039 in Hall 5.1, visitors had the opportunity to explore PioCreat’s latest innovations designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and workflow integration in modern dental practices and laboratories.

Innovative 3D Printing Solutions for Dentistry

With over a decade of experience in dental equipment and material development, PioCreat continues to refine its 3D printing solutions for applications such as surgical guides, crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.

Among the key highlights at IDS 2025 was the DJ89PLUS, an 8K LCD 3D printer featuring 29μm precision, a heated chamber, and stable performance, making it well-suited for high-quality dental restorations. The D158, a compact DLP printer with 62μm precision and an automatic lifting cover, also attracted attention for its reliability in both chairside and laboratory environments. These printers are designed to balance speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, catering to the evolving needs of dental professionals.

Advanced Dental Resins & Post-Processing Solutions

PioCreat also introduced its high-performance dental resins, developed for durability, minimal shrinkage, biocompatibility, and wear resistance. These materials ensure consistent results for orthodontic models, surgical guides, and other dental applications.

To further streamline post-processing, the UV02 curing machine and CD-X3 ultrasonic cleaner were also on display. The UV02 curing machine delivers rapid, uniform curing, while the CD-X3 ultrasonic cleaner utilizes advanced deoxygenation technology to ensure thorough cleaning of dental tools and models, supporting hygiene and efficiency in dental workflows.
